- 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence engineer(BIE) or comparable consumer analytics position

- Experience in leading analytical teams and experience of planning and implementing analytical and reporting projects in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated project management skills

- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, R, Python, Statistical tools, data mining experience.

- Working knowledge of Data science tools.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives

- Top notch communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in summarized business terms

- Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations

- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes and systems
