Details:

Key Role & Responsibilities : 

- Work with Operations team & other stakeholders in identifying various opportunities for business growth & their implementation 
- Design & develop methods to analyze relevant data, share insights & provide recommendations 
- Develop metrics and prototypes that can be used to drive business decisions 
- Create necessary systems to regularly monitor the performance for stakeholders 
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation, model implementation and large scale data analysis 
- Connect with other teams to explore business opportunities, for regular updates & follow ups 
- Provide feedbacks to Tech/ Product for new product requests/ product enhancements/ bug fixes etc. 
Key Skills & Experience: 
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools 
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries 
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills 
- Mid-level experience in R 
- Advanced Excel & VBA scripting 
- Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations with 2.5+ yrs experience with real data 
- Innovative and strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers. 
- Proficiency with analysis tools like Excel, SQL, R (Hive, Big Data tools- Plus point) 
- Acquaintance with concepts of BI - (MicroStrategy, QlikView, Tableau - Plus point)
